At Jackson and Nuttall we’re proud to have four fully-qualified veterinary nurses as part of our team.  Our nurses are an integral part of the team and provide a wide range of services you may not realise we can offer.

Our veterinary nurses provide consultations by appointment on a number of topics, including diet and nutrition and puppy training.  Our nurses are also available if you have concerns and would like to ask questions prior to booking an appointment with a veterinary surgeon.  If the veterinary nurse is unable to answer your question, they will pass these onto a veterinary surgeon to ensure you get the right answer.

Jackson and Nuttall have been a veterinary nurse training practice for many years – which is something we’re extremely proud of.as we’re passionate about our industry, and the new people who are joining it. We take a huge satisfaction in the fact that we have been involved in the training of the majority of our nursing team.  As a result, most of our trainee veterinary nurses have chosen to stay with us and become a permanent part of the team once they have qualified.

If you are interested in a career in veterinary nursing please feel free to contact us, even if just for an initial chat.  We’re a friendly bunch who believe in supporting our team members to reach their goals.

If you feel your pet could benefit from a consultation appointment with one of our qualified veterinary nurses, please call the surgery to arrange a suitable date and time.

At Jackson and Nuttall, we’re here to help. No question is too silly or small – as our client, we want to ensure you and your pet receive the best experience possible every time.
